At Sara Makeup, we strive to deliver the highest quality products, especially delicate products like perfumes, to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.


We currently provide refrigerated delivery service through Prolo (Adwar) , in the following cities only :


Riyadh, Ad Diriyah, Al Kharj, Al Majmaah, Al Muzahimiyah, Hawtah Bani Tamim, Ad Dilam, Buraidah, Unaizah, Dammam, Khobar, Dhahran, Al Hasa, Jubail, Jubail Industrial City, Qatif, Ras Tanura, Hofuf, Buqayq, Jeddah.


⚠️ Note:
The role service covers only the mentioned cities and does not include the suburbs or villages near them.
Refrigerated delivery also includes cash on delivery service.


As for the rest of the Kingdom’s regions , shipping is done through SMSA using the dry shipping method.



How to choose the shipping type:


The customer does not need to choose the shipping type.

Our system automatically selects the appropriate shipping company based on the city:


  • If your city is covered by the refrigerated delivery service, the order will be shipped automatically by Adwar (Prolo) .
  • If your city is outside the cooling zone, shipping will be done automatically via SMSA .




Are perfume shipments affected by heat in dry shipping?


No, don't be affected.

Perfumes are chemically stable products that can withstand transportation at normal temperatures without affecting their composition or scent.

Shipping companies like SMSA also use enclosed transport vehicles to maintain the safety of products during transportation.
