At Sara Makeup , we always strive for your satisfaction, so we provide you with a clear return and exchange policy:
1. Return and Exchange Policy
• Beauty and personal care products : They cannot be returned or exchanged, even if they are in their original condition, for your safety.
• Damaged products : They can only be replaced with the same product, provided that the damage is proven with a clear video showing the defect from different angles, within a maximum period of 7 days from receiving the order.
• Intact products : cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Appliances and perfumes : They can be returned if they are unopened, unused , and in their original condition.
• Perfumes after opening : cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
• Concealed perfumes : non-returnable or exchangeable.
2. Return fees
• If the product is intact (not damaged), it cannot be returned or replaced.
• If the product is damaged , Sara Makeup will bear the full cost.
3. Cancel the order after it has been shipped
•The amount will be refunded after the products return to the warehouse within 7 to 14 working days .
4. How to replace a damaged product
• Contact customer service via WhatsApp on 920031363 .
•The product must be in its original condition , unused, and in its original packaging.
5. Duration of the return or exchange process
•The process is carried out within 7 to 14 working days after receiving the product and verifying its condition.
6. There is no replacement of intact products or exchange of the product with a different product.
• Replacement is only for the same damaged product , and cannot be replaced with a different product.
•If you wish to purchase another product, you can return the amount and request the new product through a separate purchase.
