At Sara Makeup, we believe that fragrance is an expression of your personality, and we want you to choose your scent with complete confidence. That's why we offer a "Golden Guarantee" on a wide selection of international perfumes, giving you the opportunity to try them before making a final purchase.


What is the Gold Guarantee? It's a premium service that allows customers to purchase and try a fragrance without opening the original packaging. When you order any fragrance covered by the Gold Guarantee, we will send you a free sample of the same fragrance with your order.


How the Gold Guarantee works:


Try it first: Upon receiving your order, start by using the free sample included to experience the fragrance's scent and longevity.


The decision is yours:


If you like the fragrance: you can open the original package and enjoy your new perfume.


If it doesn't suit your taste: Do not open the original packaging, and you can simply submit a return request for the perfume and receive a full refund.


Products covered by the warranty:


The gold guarantee does not cover all products on the site.


The guarantee applies exclusively to perfumes that bear the phrase or badge "Golden Guarantee" above the product image in the store.


The list currently includes more than 1,000 international perfumes, and new perfumes are updated and added to the list daily to cover the largest number of options.


Return Terms and Conditions (Golden Guarantee): To guarantee your right to return and receive a refund, please adhere to the following conditions:


Product condition: The original perfume bottle must remain in its original factory packaging (nylon/cellophane) and in its original condition.


Opening the perfume: If the original perfume container is opened or its packaging is removed, the customer loses the right to benefit from the gold guarantee and the product cannot be returned.


If a sample does not arrive under the gold guarantee, the customer is not entitled to return or exchange the product after the original product or its packaging has been opened. You can contact customer service.


Note: The Gold Guarantee does not cover international shipments and orders.


Time period: The customer has the right to request a refund within 3 days of the date of receiving the order.
